PHONE INTERVIEW BY DISTRICT MANAGER, WENT WELL. He was new to the position himself. Moved on to interview with Store Manager, two weeks later. Initially I submitted an email to the store manager, applied to corporate online and dropped a resume in the mail. The one on one was with the Store Manager. The statements made upon the end of the interview were as if I was already to have started.

Applied online and had a brief phone interview. The interviewer spent the first 10 minutes talking about the organization and expectations. I removed myself from consideration after learning about the mandatory holidays.

Interview
Submitted application online through careerbuilder, was contacted within a week. They performed a phone interview and I was called 2 days later for a face to face interview. I interviewed with the Regional HR manager and was then scheduled to come back and interview with the GM for the store. A week after my final interview I was called for a job offer.
