The only interview I had was with a recruiter. They have you do a bunch of stuff before you even interview with the managers there so it was basically a whole waste of my time. They offer specific units and only allow new grads in certain specialty units if they know them/currently work for the company. I understand that, but telling me that a new grad can work in the ER but that they aren't fit to work in psych is honestly wild. They offered me a few different units to interview with and asked me to provide my license info after I passed my NCLEX. I did that, and never heard back. I then emailed them again to see how the process was going, again no response. I emailed them a third time asking if I could at least get confirmation that they weren't going to proceed with having me interview with a manager and again, nothing. They were extremely unprofessional and did not respect my time. While yes, Baycare is a great company, I feel as though they have this complex where just because they're Baycare they can do whatever they want. The recruiter got my hopes up saying I would initially hear back after a few days to interview but nothing happened and that's when I proceeded to be ghosted 3 times.
