Interview
Multiple video interviews including with teammates in Germany. All interviews were with multiple people at the same time...The questions where mostly about technical competence and how my previous experiences matched up to the job requisition.
Had a screening call with the HR person that was normal enough, although their job posting indicated the position could be in multiple locations when it was actually only available in one. Had a second round interview with the hiring manager that was a pleasant conversation but never heard from anyone again.

Long! I met at least 20 people over several rounds that covered 2 months. The people interviewing me were great. Most of the interview was behavioral and experiential. Have examples prepared for when you had to address a variety of situations.

Grueling process. Went through 13 interviews over several months and was selected out of 200 candidates. Be prepared to meet with MANY people. Decision making will be slow. Best advice is to have numerous examples in your career of how you handled difficult situations or people
