Applied on a Monday, had a phone interview that Fri, and on site interview the following Tuesday with an offer on Wednesday. Typical interview questions with therapy manager and some staff with a tour to follow.

Past experience, why you want to work there, very quick and efficient. Very friendly. Meet with all of supervisors and get to understand what your role would be. Provided a tour of facility and lunch.
During the interview I was interviewed by the hiring manager and a staff employee. The interview was about a hour long. The interview was via video call, and went pretty smooth.
