Received a call, was not advised in advance and was surprised the call took the form of an interview-type call.
Not from a human resource person,, which may have been better for a screening interview.

Experience. Opinions, Salary requirements. Spoke about their background.
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.
It was pretty straightforward. They asked about why I wanted to work there and what experience I had. Then they asked about my available hours and things like that. It wasn’t too difficult or anything like that.
