Personal or professional examples of Failure and what was learned from those experiences
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Biogen (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2023
Interview
I interviewed for over 3 months for a position with Biogen. I completed the final interview including a background check and drug screen. After following up with the recruiter for a timeline multiple times, I finally received a generic “position has been filled” email. The background and drug screen was by an external company, all results were emailed to me, so I know that the background/screen was not an issue. I was very disappointed in the follow up and notification process.
Phone screen first. This is the only part of the interview process I have completed thus far. With Covid restrictions and the molecule being under review by the FDA, the process has understandably been lengthy.
