-First interview was a phone interview with HR. -Second interview was a video conference slideshow presentation selling yourself to a panel of interviewers. -Third interview was another phone chat with the Hiring Manager. Overall the interview process was very unprofessional and inconsistent. The HR representative was slow to respond. She did not schedule or provide instructions for the slideshow presentation until 12 hours prior to the interview (which the Hiring Manager profusely apologized for the late notice, claiming "This is not how we work at YourCause, we pride ourselves in effective communication"). After the third phone conversation I was informed I would be contacted to schedule the next interview which was to be a demo of the platform. As of this time, almost two months later, I have still not heard anything from HR or the Hiring Manager even after multiple attempts to follow up on my part.
