The Interview process was very unique and impersonal. It starts with a link via email that allows you to complete the questionnaire within 3 days. There are 14 Questions that you must answer in a timely manner (2-3 minutes) with only a few second to think about what you are to say. Additionally the interview is done via WebCam and Mic and the introductory video states to dress and act as if you were there in person.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blackbaud (Toronto, ON) in May 2021

      Interview

Initial phone interview was quick and easy. Then I was called back for a 2nd 90 min interview it was challenging but not hard. As long as you were honest about your experience it just takes time and thought. When they ask for examples be specific. Then afterwards they asked for an example of how to handle a tech support question and to draft a sample email response. There was also a typing test.
