I had interviewed the previous month for a different position at Blackbaud. while I was not a fit for this role (or it for me), the two people who interviewed me were good enough to recommend me to this role, and I quickly received a call from the recruiter for this position.
The first interview is a video interview, where you are given a series of questions (6-8) and you record your answers. Usually you are given a minute to prepare and 2-3 minutes to record.
I heard back quickly ( few days) after this to arrange for a 'real' live/video interview. There were three interviewers and I was given a technical task to lead a presentation/instruction during the first 10 minutes. Then a typical question and answer conversation for another 20 minutes. Interviewers were very friendly and made it seem like a casual conversation.
My last interview was with one manager. Again, situational interview questions (tell me about a time... What would you do in this situation?).
