I applied the first day the job posted. Received a call from the director the following day. Shockingly, I thought HR would do that first. But I was given basic details and was offered different positions. I happily said yes to an interview. Email sent to me within 30 minutes after the first call. Email included 1) Write a written summary. 2) Prepare a presentation. 3) Q&A
Overall interview was very comfortable and not awkward at all! Presentation also went well. If you know what you’re talking about, it should be easy for you! I felt very anxious all day. So schedule a time in the morning. Panel interview of 5 people consisted of managers (Sr. director, two supervisors, manufacturing mgr, and one PC). Not super hard questions. Just makes you think on the spot. Offered relocation assistance. Also, it’s only one interview and not a one-on-one back to back. Probably why they had 5 people on the panel interview team. Interview lasted an hour and sent me an offer within a week timeframe.
