Sat down with district manager, she asked about previous experience with makeup, how you deal with customers, a portfolio if you have one, etc. Informal, like a regular back and forth conversation.

I applied on line and received a response just about immediately. I then was contacted by the District Manager who invited me to meet her at a near by store. The Interview was very comfortable and informative. The personal stories the supervisors told about their own growth made me really want the job. It was nice to learn about the managers history and the company story.
