It was easy and fast, we got along great and we both asked eachother questions. She sat me down and pretty much gave me a run down on how things are there compared to my previous job
Interview with store manager and then with the district manager. Pretty straight forward and easy. They mostly just want you to talk about how you align with their philosophy. Which is providing a 5 star customer experience

A few questions and quiet enjoyable. Background info based off my resume. Pay rate discussion and or negotiation. New hire paper work and discussion of availability. Training dates were set for onboarding.
