Went to Starbucks talked about the position over coffee. They asked about previous training and schooling. Gave me a brief summary of the brand and it’s development. We discussed what they are looking for and that their very selective on who they decide to hire. Meaning after the 1:1 expect a practical interview preforming a facial and Brazilian.

Believe these reviews do not waste your time. Unprofessional and no regard for basic common sense respect. To start with, phone interview rescheduled 2 times. ( via email and no notice.) within 30 minutes of scheduled call. I only checked my mailbox after not receiving scheduled call each day at set time. Then find an apology need to try again tomorrow. Then again. After this and reading reviews I should’ve known. Interview was set at store an hour from location I was interviewing for. This store not open yet but there is another 2( 1 at Macy’s) in neighboring town. Here’s where it ends. I arrive at location 5 minutes early. Greeted by store staff politely, she’s running a few minutes behind. I say ok no problem, thanks. Then they say sign in at desk. That red flag pops back up and I asked if she knew approximately how far behind she’s running. At least an hour, Probably more, Shes with someone still snd 3 still waitng, i said thats more than a little. Just beyind rude. thsnks, no thanks, no i am not waiting.
