Bluemercury Store Manager interview questions

Most unprofessional interview ever!! The interview was held about an hour and a half away from the city the position was posted in a coffee shop . I arrived on time and there were already 3 other people waiting to be interviewed before me .... the interviewers (Vice President , Regional Manager & SoCal District Manager) were running 45 minutes late!! It was after an hour of waiting until it was my turn to be interviewed . The upper management, on top of being late , were dressed casual in flip flops , tennis shoes , t-shirt , t-shirt dress , etc . No makeup whatsoever . Did not look the part of being executives in beauty industry. More like an AARP meeting . On top of everything , as if that’s not enough-there’s more! As we were all seated at one table , the VP (the most senior of the three) has the audacity to take her shoes off underneath the table and kept them off for the duration of the interview!! So uncomfortable and unprofessional . I was speechless. Did that really just happen??!! Very uninspiring and unprofessional group of women . I didn’t hear back from anyone until about 3 weeks later the DM contacted me to offer the position .

Interviews were very casual. Met with district and regional manager. Didn’t fully communicate the challenges of the particular store until the second interview. Was not very positive about the store over all and deterred me from wanting to move forward with the position.
