Bombas Executive Assistant interview questions

Applied online and received an email expressing interest in setting up a phone screen. Set up 30 min with a recruiter named Torrey, and the conversation ended up lasting almost an hour. He was probably the best recruiter and one of the best humans I have ever spoken with. He put me at ease and gave me encouragement along the way. He represented the culture of Bombas exceptionally well. I SO wanted to continue the process but the salary was below my current role, and I couldn’t swing it at this time in my life but maybe in the future! We will stay in touch!

I had previously applied to a role but did not move forward but kept in touch with the recruiter I had spoken with. She then connected me to the corporate recruiter, Torrey. To say Torrey is an incredible person is an understatement. I instantly felt excited to share my story and experience with his welcoming and positive energy. It was a fluid conversation that didn't feel forced or rushed. In the end, we both appreciated the wonderful conversation but better than that we remained connected. I went ahead and was scheduled to speak with the hiring manager the next day! Even though, I did not advance to the next steps, Torrey called me and told me personally that although this opportunity did not work out, he will continue to contact me if and when another one presents itself that aligns with my experience and personality. Bombas is know for their incredible culture and hiring great people who will align with the mission and values all while celebrating diversity, inclusivity, individually, and humility. I will be patient and hope the next opportunity is the one for me :) I have nothing bad to say about this company and I look forward to joining when the time is right.
