Booz Allen Hamilton Analyst interview questions

I heard back after about 3 weeks. They asked for a 15 minute phone screen, but the recruiter and I spoke for 35 minutes. The next day, they asked me to join them for an interview the following week. It lasted 2.5 hours. During the interview, I met with 3 members of the team individually. The first interview was a team fit interview, and the interviewer wanted to get to know me. The next interview focused on my research experiences. The final interview was a case study, and the interviewer asked me to walk through how I would approach two research assignments. I was asked to schedule a call for Friday before the day was over, and Friday I was offered the position verbally. It took about an additional 3 weeks to get the written offer finalized. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. I felt that I genuinely connected with each person in the process. I was very nervous going into the interview, but the interview style was very relaxed and conversation flowed naturally.

Applied online, then a recruiter reached out for a screener. Pretty quick basic interview. We walked through my resume and qualifications. Then larger three-part interview with members of the team the following week ending with a case interview.
