I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in Jun 2011
Interview
Initial phone interview with recruiter about general skills and background. Afterwards, invited by email to a hiring event where each candidate sits down at their own table. Groups/teams that are interested in interviewing the candidate take turns at the table (like speed dating). Make sure you ask questions about the team and remember what they each do, this will help later on during offer/negotiations. Multiple teams were interested, but can only negotiate with one team at a time and there is no going back if you decline and the next one doesn't work out.

Question 1
Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
