Very efficient recruitment process. Submitted my resume, and after 3 days, was invited to an interview. Very friendly, straightforward, and accommodating. They ask about your experience and how you can contribute to the role. Make sure that you know your experiences by heart because they like to ask you to expound
Applied for an HR internship. Interview was fine, they were nice. I didn't get the job but they invited me back to interview for a different internship they had open which was cool, I had already accepted something else by then tho. Good?

— Your Bosch Team
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bosch (Ban Phone Savang) in May 2015
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter from Ranstad. He said his company does ALL the hiring for "Bosch". He asked me a few basic questions, including salary requirements. He then sent three questions to answer from "Bosch". The questions we basic enough that there was no way to assimilate real competencies of the candidate.
When I contacted the recruiter again, he said he hadn't heard anything and he'd have feedback for me by the end of the week. As os this statement he has not contacted or responded to my calls.
Unprofessional and the incidents suggest to me there is discrimination going on with the hiring process. And upon review of a professional website, I noticed prodinantly women are hired for this and simular positions. Lawyer time.
