Interview
First an online test followed by an online case with a case-bot (to be some time in the 4 days after the test). Then 2 interviews in round 1, each 45 min with consultants/project leaders. Round 2 was 1 week after - 2 x 45 min interviews with principals/partners.

Chaque entretien est composé d'une partie fit, une étude de cas et un temps d'échange

helpful interviewers though r1 seemed uninterested. provided guidance when needed which was helpful. behavioral was nice and convo was good, r2 interviewer was a nice partner in m opinion
Caso online con un bot de 35 minutos de duración, con preguntas tanto cualitativas como numéricas. Luego, había que hacer un video proponiendo una solución al caso dedicado al CEO de la empresa, de duración de 1 minuto con preparación anterior.
