Interview process was long and drawn out. 4-5 different interviews and the decision time frame continued to be pushed back. Unfortunately it was perceived that respect towards my future was not thought about. In the end I was told that the top candidate was me, decision making was pushed for “additional candidates” at the last minute. When they finally delivered an offer letter, I was already in the final stages of 2 other companies where the process was finite and streamlined.
