The interview process involved several stages, starting with an initial recruiter screening, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Subsequently, there was an assessment and a group interview, where I had the opportunity to meet and interview with three different team members. The interviewers were all kind and easy to talk to. However, I found the assessment to be less suitable for the role since it consisted of a written assessment rather than a technical coding challenge, despite the position requiring extensive technical skills. Although I didn't proceed to the final interview with the GVP, I wasn't particularly disappointed because the salary offered for the role was considerably low. However, what was frustrating was the lack of communication and updates from the company for weeks after the group interview. I would have appreciated being informed promptly if I wasn't moving forward in the process, as it would have been more transparent and respectful.
