Question 1
I originally interviewed for a Research Technician job, mostly wet lab. And because I also had experience with coordinating projects, I was asked if I'd like to also be considered for a Tech. Research Assistant, which I had no idea what that role would entail.
I applied online. I interviewed at Brigham and Women's Hospital
Interview
Applied for the position, was contacted a few weeks later by the PI's assistant for an in-person interview. Was a small lab so spoke with just the PI and 2 post docs. Received a request for references at the end of the interview and was given an offer within a few weeks. No room for negotiating salary due to grant constraints.

Why are you interested in this position?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Jun 2021
Interview
The interview process was really simple. After submitting my application in the online portal I was contacted directly by the PI in the lab I applied for. We spoke for about an hour and then after receiving my references they submitted to HR for an offer.
Loved it, everyone was nice and I was communicated to well. I had a hard time connecting with HR after my initial offer but my now boss was very very very on tip of keeping me in the loop and letting me know my position was secure
