Interview process consisted of two rounds of group panel interviews. All questions were behavioral and relevant to the job description and requirements. Overall easy questions and friendly interviewers. Process was well coordinated.

Interview
Initially, I was asked to provide a reference letter and then I was asked for an interview. The interview lasted about 2 hours, and included 30-40 minutes first with the Principal Investigator (hiring manager). Then, I was interviewed by the person I would be replacing. Lastly, I met the rest of the team and had a tour of the lab/offices.
