I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (Boston, MA) in Jan 2011
Interview
The interview was straightforward and filled with seemingly common sense questions although regardless, anyone will be hired to be "teachers" whether or not they are promising candidates. The interview is then followed by a working interview in a classroom and if you get down on the kids' levels, you are pretty much guaranteed a job.. or even if you don't. There is so much turnover, they will pretty much hire anyone.
Interview questions [1]
