Bright Horizons Family Solutions interview questions

The interviewing process is really really easy. All that you pretty much needed to have was the time availability required and no criminal history and you are hired for the position.

Initially, I submitted resume and cover letter online. I then received an email from a recruiter to set initial interview. Initial interview consisted of a conversation with the recruiter. The recruiter was excited about my experience in the role and in the industry. She asked if I would be comfortable with her sharing my resume and information with other departments. I then waited for follow up from recruiter who was going to speak to hiring manager about the specific position. I didn’t hear back for 2 weeks, so followed up with the recruiter. The position had been filled. I was unable to reach the recruiter again even though I was encouraged to follow up with her periodically for news on other opportunities.
