Brilliant Earth interview questions

The first phone interview was positive and very basic – description of the job, explain your past experiences, what are you weaknesses, etc. It also included a fairly simple mental math component and they asked about your experience level with excel. The first interviewer, at the end of the call, stated she wanted me to have a second interview and set me up with the next interviewer. The second interview was also via phone. She again asked for me to explain my past experiences, but was more detailed and asked to explain some specific points in my resume. There was another mental math component that was marketing based. I feel like the questions were more to determine how well you handle pressure and to what extent your familiarity is with analytical marketing. She also asked salary expectations. Both interviewers were really nice and it was a pleasure talking to them.
