Initial interview is by phone. Second interview is with multiple managers; as few as 2 and as many as 4. Each asking a variety of questions related to project management and how you would hand a particular situation. All questions are written and each interview participant is assigned a series of questions to ask the applicant. The interview lasts approximately 2 hours. There is no opportunity to stop for water; and no one offered. The interview process is tiring and requires an ability to think on your feet.

Good process, communication and welcoming environment. There is no parking at the office so ensure you plan your trip ahead. Interview panel contained 3 people, 2 were friendly, the last one only made notes and did not ask for questions.

Après un premier entretien avec la personne ayant posté l'annonce, j'ai pu m'entretenir avec différents membres de l'équipe. Les entretiens se sont bien passés et les intervenants ont su me mettre en confiance. Entreprise très humaine d'après ce que j'ai pu vivre au travers de cela.
