Brooksource IT Recruiter interview questions

The interview process was very easy and happened quickly. First was a phone interview with an internal recruiter. Then I went in for an in-office interview. I first talked to the office manager then with a recruiter and sales executive. Good experience.

After accepting an email invitation to interview with a hiring manager in Indianapolis I received a phone call at our agreed time. I was asked basic questions about my career interests and told more about the role. At the end of our conversation I was invited to interview in-person at my location of choice and never again heard from the interviewer after that. My ignored followup emails reflected a real cute professionalism.
