Bullhorn H R Administrator interview questions

Applied, had a call then a test, went for a face to face interview (which went well), then spent 2 weeks trying to reach them for an update- only to be told "the requirements had changed so we want someone a bit more senior". The job was still advertised as HR admin though... Such a shame as it sounds like a great company to work for.
