I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Burberry (Austin, TX) in Sep 2016
Interview
I submitted my resume online and three days later I received a phone call to schedule an interview. The initial face to face interview took about an hour and a half. Followed by a 30 minute phone interview a week later. Many of the questions were based off of your own personal and work experiences and how you handled specific situations. Other questions involved hypothetical situations, availability, and company knowledge. It was important for them to know I had training with client care and excellent communication skills, verbal and written. It was certainly lengthy but necessary.

Interview
The process was quite clear and easy to follow, first a phone call followed by face to face meeting in store. Everyone was quite welcoming and made sure I was relaxed for the interview.

Where I would like to go with my career and future aspirations
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Burberry (London, England)
Interview
Had a phone call and video interview the was asked to attend a group interview. When I turned up it was empty and it turned out the HR rep cancelled and didn’t let me know, then when I emailed to ask what was happening she said she’d mistyped my email. She asked me to reschedule which I did, and she said she’d confirm the date and time the same week. I never heard back from her.
Pretty easy going. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and it wasn't a "scary" process at all. Nothing came as a surprise and they asked very role/industry-focused questions. It wasn't drawn out either which I appreciated.
