Burberry L&D Manager interview questions

Appalling interview process - couldn't get my head around their processes at all. I was kept waiting after every interview despite being told I would be contacted sooner, and had to call the recruiter myself on two occasions. First two interviews were fine, but the final one was a horror show. Lead interviewer asked very little about my experience and skills, and instead focussed on their own likes and dislikes of the fashion industry. To the company's credit, I was given feedback openly after each interview without having to ask, but the final interview feedback wasn't as forthcoming. Quite disrespectful to the candidate overall.
