I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Business Wire (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Phone call and asked the typical sales questions..... What you sold.... Why you want to work there. What industry knowledge do you have and how would you contribute to the office. Interviewer was stern but nice. not really what I was looking for in a job.

Interview
I enjoyed the people I met and the initial interview process. The hiring manager was very professional, polite and responsive. I was very intrigued with the company as it is a Berkshire Hathway company, and I respect Warren Buffets decisions regarding businesses he invests in. I went thru 1 phone screen, an initial in person interview with the hiring manager, another interview with other team members, and then asked to do a final sales presentation to management. It was all handled professionally and respectfully. Then I got an email asking me to do one more final project to help the decision making process, which was creating a email pitch based on a scenario they posed. I was sent this request at mid day and asked to complete it by the end of the business day. I am already working, so I emailed them and said I would get to it in a day. I completed it within the next day and sent it to the hiring manager that requested. The hiring manager never acknowledged he received it and things went dark. I waited a few more days and emailed them asking for an update, and I got a phone call from the hiring manager that they decided to change the skills needed for the position and they are starting the process.
Really? They wasted at least 10 hours of my time stringing me along and indicated all along I was qualified for the role. It is even more ridiculous that even 2 to 3 days before they made this change they asked me to do more work for them.
Not only did they waste my time, they wasted their own time taking valuable employee time away from their business because they change and waffle with their indecision and changes. This tells me they have poor leadership, and I am not interested in working for such an organization.
I think Warren Buffet would be ashamed to hear this.

Interview
Process was pretty standard for sales role. Submitted my Resume for review and received a phone call within 5 days. Had a nice 30 minute pre-interview phone call and then set a time for a face to face interview. Sit down interview was great and was made to feel really comfortable was asked to come back and meet with other office staff members another day. That second/Staff interview was very informal and laid back. More open questions and a chance to learn about the company culture. Final and third interview was with the Regional VP of Sales. Hardest part of the interview cycle and hardest person to get any read on. Very formal, very detailed and results driven.

Question 1
Personally, I always find the question of my greatest sales success the hardest question to answer simply because I've had several good successes for different reasons. I think they were taken back by my one difficult question which was "What do people complain the most about here?"
