This company called me for a phone interview the next day. I spent a lot of time preparing, only to find out at the time of the call that they "just" filled the position. Um, then why schedule a phone interview less than 24 hours before? Seems sketchy to me. Dying industry, too. Stay away from a company that doesn't respect your time.
