ByteDance Partnership Manager interview questions

Terrible HR. Relatively alright interviewers. They rushed me through interviews, told me I passed all the interviews then ghosted me and ignored my follows up for weeks. Eventually they just sent a rejection text message (not even email) out of the blue. Completed wasted my time and got my hopes up for nothing. Their HR practices are as bad as you read about online. I shudder to think about the terrible cases that go unreported, for example getting an offer and being ghosted subsequently. Beware.

The process includes 4 rounds of interviewing through video call & face-to-face. For the last round of recruiting the position of Partnership Manager, Vietnam role, HR manager said that they would like to look for candidates can also speak Thai &/or Chinese, which is quite unprofessional.
