A brief phone call and then was asked to come in for a brief 30-minute interview with the regional director - several weeks later, I heard back that I received the position
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at C2 Education (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
It is really good that they have a phone interview first, and then a face-to-face interview, it is very professional and effective. I met two interviewers for the second interview, they were really nice and friendly, but the interview time was the longest I had ever had.

Question 1
If the night time schedule worked for me and introduced my background.
Definitely made me feel comfortable and heard. The interviewer's attentiveness was encouraging. They were very energetic and excited. If everyone else in the company is like that then I look forward to working here. It seems as though the company culture is honest and really cares about students.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at C2 Education in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied online and brought my resume by the center the next day (Friday). The director wasn't in, but she gave me a call the next day (Saturday). I interviewed the following Monday. The interview was very informal, which was more the personal style of the director. She informed me she was conducting one more interview, but would let me know. She sent me with further paperwork she asked me to complete. I brought that paperwork by on Tuesday, and she offered me the job on the spot. I began work within a couple of weeks.
