Two round interviews
1st phone interview, if you got the phone interview, that means you are qualified to some extent, ask the basic contact information, then set up the onsite interview. after you take an easy test online. Like a quiz.
2nd, Tell me about yourself, Just briefly introduce yourself, education, working experiences, what you did in the past. They probably need a person who can speak more than one language. Then go back, they will call you and test the language efficiency.
Done, You probably will get hired if you do not apply for the English support only.

easy and casual. had a phone interview with one of the managers and got tested on language skills. the call lasted for about 20 min. Got the offer same day after the call
Interview process was okay. There is nothing to prepare. The interviewer asked many questions about hypothetical questions on how you approach the problem and communicate to the customers. I can imagine your own growth in this role is very limited.

The interview went very smoothly. Employer asked basic computer questions to gage my understanding of technology, along with the basic interview questions like how I would be a good fit.
