Interview
Very smooth and easy. They were extremely courteous and were very interested in me during the whole process. They were additionally very responsive, which is something many businesses should seek to mimic.

Question 1
They asked me about projects that I had/am working on.
I applied online and got a call phone interview after 48hrs. I was asked typical quests such as my experience, my goal in 5-10 years. Overall experience was nice. There isn't any difficult questions. I didn't get call back or go any further process.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CAI in Nov 2013
Interview
Very extensive and painful process for an internship. Scored very well on both of their aptitude tests and was still rejected. Their whole hiring process is unprofessional.
