1st round was a pen paper based technical+aptitude test.The next round was a basic PI followed by 2 technical rounds and finally HR .
I passed their process and they offered me a job which i accepted and they send my details to my T&P cell as an acknowledgment but that's not it , there's a twist in this story which comes later. After an entire week they send a mail to my college's T&P cell stating that they will be ditching the selected candidates including me(apparently they found some better candidates). But who cares because of their action i wasn't allowed to participate in the next 2-3 placement drives at my college including the Samsung's one(of which i even passed the exam earlier).
But who cares about the lives of candidate getting miserable because he's been getting teased all day in the class. People come to you especially for this statement "oh! you r the 1 who got ditched, right ??" which in Hindi is more offensive as you all can imagine .People says all sort of stuffs i know but how about the mental stress that i m gonna have 2 go through because of you cyber group (-_-).
I heard they have a hire and fire culture but they never said they do this to every1, even to those who haven't been hired yet (:/). From my experience they are having the worst culture , no standards at all.
Now to the cyber group, the guy who took my first technical interview needs to brush up his OOPS concept and his level of logic testing skills. They were checking the basic communication skills in the first PI and i don't think the same guy didn't even had his basic PI.
If u ever wanna go for this company i just wanna say "be careful .. be alert .. be safe".
What else can u say about the company other than they are irresponsible,cheat, cheap, liars(absolutely),jerks(maybe).
