The process took about 6 months total. I applied online in the summer and was called by a recruiter the next day. The hiring process is long, as they explain on their website, and at times tenuous. The initial interview was completely about personality without a single technical question.

Talked to recruiter at a job career fair and was offered an interview. Interview was less than an hour long and was not stressful. The common interview questions were asked (leadership roles, how you dealt with previous situations, team work experience, etc.) Was offered a research postion in the DC area.
