Basic process for new college grad. First interview was on campus pre COVID and second one in their office. You just rotate in office and meet a bunch of people. Good basic questions, just trying to get to you know.
Kind, nice and good quality questions. Just a basic question you can guess. Recommend to prepare before interview. Two step interview. One with human resource team and other with manager

It was nice, more like a conversation about my resume and me as a person. I feel like it was to check to feel out my personability and they asked some of the typical interview questions.

Interview
Completed a phone screening consisting of tell me about yourself, weakness/strength, why are you interested in the firm and accounting. Got set up with 2nd interview via teams with 2 other recruiters. All were very friendly and engaging. Seem like they were actually interested in getting to know you and gave feedback and their own personal experiences.
