I applied online via Linkedin and did an initial phone interview. From there, I did a few online assessments regarding personality and work ethic and then had an in-person interview with the agency manager. I came back a week later and he gave me the offer and brought me the person who was assigned to me for me to meet and they showed me around the office.

The 1st Round was a pre-recoded video interview with several prompts and multiple attempts. The 2nd round was with the Hiring Manager and the 3rd round was with the team.

Tell me about yourself. What interested you in this position?
I met them at a fair at my school, within a week they emailed me and set up an interview. It was a three-person panel for the interview. It was my first time interviewing so I was a bit nervous. Even though I didn't get the position, I learned what to do next time.
