Pretty easy going and lax but you can tell that they are serious about who they want to join their team. They don't grill you on all of the interview questions and instead want to know about you and see how you fit within their system as well as how their system fits with you.

Interview
Straight forward and simple but has about four steps. Apply, assessment recruiter interview and management interview. Then you have to create a business plan and a list of names of people you can contact immediately after hire to sell to(at least 250 people)
Thoughtful and thorough. Not the basic stock questions. They have moved their home office now. So more difficult to get a hold of. Project 100 was tough, but needed. If they pick you, count yourself lucky.
