CSL Plasma MSA interview questions

I applied online and was contacted to do an in person interview shortly thereafter. Interview conducted at a CSL center. Structured questions in a behavioral/situational format but interview process was otherwise disorganized.

After applying on line, I was contacted by the HR office and informed of the salary. They then asked if I was still interested. I was, so she set an interview appointment for two days later. Pleasant conversation with the center manager. He covered the companies goals and growth plans for the area.This was followed by the standard interview questions. I asked about advancement potential. The manager told me that there was growth potential for those who excel.
