I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (Cincinnati, OH) in Jun 2017
Interview
There was a phone interview, and next was an in person interview. I was offered the position within a week. It was a quick process because they needed to fill spots quickly.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health
Interview
Filled out application on their website and then went in to let them put a face to the name. Was told they would pull my application and call me if they thought i could be a fit. Got a call about a week later to come in for an interview with a supervisor. Was asked a few questions and then called by the manager for a second interview. Was asked some more basic questions which took about 30 minutes. He then told me he had a few more people to interview and if i got the job id know within a few days. Got a call another week later saying i got it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Monroeville, PA) in Mar 2011
Interview
I was first called by a recruiter and went through the basic questions - length of employment, what I did in past jobs etc. Then I had to go through an assessment and online application. There were another 2 phone interviews by different recruiters before I could actually meet with someone from CVS specifically. I met with my "new" manager and after that I met with his manager. This process including the drug test took about 8 weeks.

Question 1
What makes you think you can do this job well? That to me is a very loaded question as there are so many managerial styles along with selling styles that this question could go either way.
