Interview
First round was face to face interview with 5-6 engineer experts to see which fields student are best fit for.
Second round was for orientation, employees will show student their working environment introduce the duties.

Simple, zoom interview took place with two people. Asked about previous work experience, relevant coursework, and what I am hoping to get out of the position. It was about 30 minutes long and they were very communicative after the process.
Panel of 3 people takes turns asking questions. The questions are also printed individually on paper and set in a binder so you can reference them. At the end you can go back and add to your answers as well if you missed anything

Short Interview by two people and asked typical questions. Interview was 3 to 5 questions and about 30 minutes long. Response was quick, but can take longer depending on situation.
