With a strong clinical foundation in oncology nursing across both inpatient and outpatient settings, I bring real-world experience into the classroom—bridging theory with practice to cultivate clinical judgment, empathy, and excellence in patient care. As a Clinical Instructor at Emory Healthcare, I support nurse education and professional development through mentorship and curriculum integration. I play an active role in the Winship Oncology Nurse Residency Program, which has enrolled over 400 nurses since its launch in 2023, helping shape the next generation of oncology nurses.
