Not only would it be very difficult to work for a company without pay, but I also believe it to be highly unethical. Every job interview I have gone to where it was 100% commission, I walked straight out. I believe if a company really cares for the customers it services, then it will also be as a caring to it's employees who represent them. Commission jobs do indeed attract the highly motivated types, but I believe a base salary attracts the most loyal and value-oriented candidates.
