They've a very very long hiring process. I'd to do a lot of assessments for more than a month and in the end they didn't progress towards my interview. All in all I felt like I wasted a lot of my valuable time with them.

Interview
Before I ever got a chance to speak to a real person, I sunk hours of my own time into a written assessment, personality test, and intelligence test. I was promptly rejected after scoring low on the intelligence test- which said I was pretty much borderline special needs. I have lots of reasons to doubt the accuracy of these tests, and I believe that they are rejecting a lot of quality candidates due to their lazy recruiting processes. I believe the hiring process reflects on a company's culture, and from this experience I would never consider Canonical in the future.
