I applied to a role online in mid-October and received a response from a recruiter about a week or so later to do a screening call. I was delighted they got back to so quickly and I started to progress through the process relatively quickly. Through November and December, I participated in SEVEN rounds of interviews, each about 30 mins-1 hour each and from what I could tell, they all went very well. After the last round, they totally ghosted me, I never heard from anyone again. Overall, I felt all seven of the interviews went really well and I was a solid match for the position. I was very excited about the company and the role but I'm still baffled and disappointed that after I invested so much time and energy, they just never responded to me again.
