Capital One Finance Rotation Analyst interview questions

One on campus case interview about credit card transaction, then got invited to Richmond, super day had three interviews, one case, one behavioral and another just talk about yourself kind of thing.

Got an interview from an employee referral, and interviewed in Richmond headquarters a few days later. This was for an RFP analyst out of campus. A bunch of us were put in a room and given a schedule and called into various rooms. It was very organized. There were 2 behavioral and 1 case - you did not get the case beforehand. I felt like 2/3 of my interviews went pretty well. 1 interviewer I did not click with at all, and he seemed kind of rude. The worst part was, I never received a follow-up after I did not get the offer. No "you did not get this" - I had to email the recruiter and interviewers various times and even then they said they wouldn't disclose feedback or why I did not get it. Poor experience and shame on Capital One.
